  31. What annoys me is the seemingly arbitrary decisions of the DXAC.

  33. Why does St. Paul island qualify as a DXCC country when it is only 10 miles
  34. from Nova Scotia and Newfoundland?
  35.  
  36. Why was the recent DX-pedition to Fernando de Noronha disqualified?
  37. DXAC says the operation was not in the wildlife refuge that was granted DXCC
  38. status in the 1950's.  But the operation *WAS* in the Fernando de Noronha
  39. archipelago, 200+ miles from the coast of Brazil.

  41. BTW, I agree that Scarbrough Reef should NOT qualify for DXCC status.
  42. It's absurd to even ask for a submerged reef to have "country" status!
