- What annoys me is the seemingly arbitrary decisions of the DXAC.

- Why does St. Paul island qualify as a DXCC country when it is only 10 miles
- from Nova Scotia and Newfoundland?

- Why was the recent DX-pedition to Fernando de Noronha disqualified?
- DXAC says the operation was not in the wildlife refuge that was granted DXCC
- status in the 1950's. But the operation *WAS* in the Fernando de Noronha
- archipelago, 200+ miles from the coast of Brazil.

- BTW, I agree that Scarbrough Reef should NOT qualify for DXCC status.
- It's absurd to even ask for a submerged reef to have "country" status!
